About

Aldous Squire - About me

Aldous C. Squire (He/ Him) is a London based actor & writer, with most of his work being created through the use of spoken word poetry & movement.

Raised in north London, he trained at The Young Actors Theatre from a young age, before moving onto studying at LAMDA (London academy of music & dramatic art) graduating in 2020. His work reflects what’s around him, by touching on truthful conversations and experiences he has had, most usually being difficult to speak about, by being honest with where he is at in life.

His most recent work, 6:24, has been inspired by a true event following three best friends on a big night out in London, only to find the outcome of it is not what they expect. It focuses on the themes of companionship, addiction and the reality of how young we all really are. It was commissioned and selected for LAMDA’s ‘Mish Mash’ festival in April 2024, where it had a sold out performance and by popular demand,  another one was added. It is now being developed further.

His recent credits include; Doctor Who (BBC/ Disney +), Everything Now (Netflix), The Silent & The Noise (Papatango Theatre Company) and he has just wrapped on a new feature film directed by Justin Lin. His recent self created work also includes; Winters Clipped Wing (This is our youth company) & 6:24 (Mish Mash x LAMDA).
